Barefoot Yoga

Yoga is the gift of time and space we give ourselves to restore our health and wellbeing through
movement, breathing, mindfulness, relaxation and meditation. It is through the journey of yoga we learn
to focus inwards and the outside world falls away. We learn to stop, become unbusy, let go and just be.  We learn to rediscover and delight in our true selves. The journey of yoga leads us to understand, accept and trust ourselves which are fundamental to our wellbeing. We discover a divine stillness inside which brings about deep abiding peace.

Barefoot Yoga has a wealth of experience and delight in delivering yoga and relaxation, classes and
workshops, to a whole range of people including: community, schools, corporate workplaces, kids and
sporting clubs.
