YOGA IN PRIMARY AND SECONDARY SCHOOLS
We teach yoga in Primary and Secondary Schools incorporating MINDFULNESS, MOVEMENT, BREATHING AND RELAXATION. Our Yoga in Schools program is individually styled to suit your schools needs.
We provide group yoga classes, mindfulness, relaxation, stress relief, anxiety and occupational movement classes and workshops for your workplace, conference or team building days.
OFFICE YOGA CLASS
We come to you! Organise some colleagues, find a space, grab your yoga mat and share the cost of your very own weekly yoga class during your lunch break. A cost effective and time efficient way to prioritise your health and wellbeing.
Kids yoga classes are fun, creative and non competitive. Through movement, mindfulness, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques classes allow kids to develop awareness of their body, thoughts and feelings whilst having an enormous amount of fun. Yoga for kids classes are designed to be creative and dynamic whilst cultivating confidence, self-awareness and emotional stability.
SPORTS CLUB YOGA
Give your sports team or club the winning edge. We design and deliver yoga training to your sports team ie. football, cricket, netball etc. teaching targeted stretching, improving flexibility, core strength and injury prevention. Add in a dose of relaxation and mindful meditation and you’ve got a winning season in your hands.
MENTAL HEALTH MINDFUL AWARENESS SESSIONS
We come to your school or workplace and deliver mindfulness sessions focused on breathing and relaxation techniques. These sessions are practical and ensure participants gain awareness and understanding of the significance of mental health and how to cope with it.
We run a variety of courses, workshops and mini retreats including:

These run periodically when inspiration strikes and are a great way to delve deeper into your understanding of the many limbs of yoga.
Individual classes are ideal if you have injuries or health concerns or just want to get the hang of the

ONLINE KIDS CLASSES via Zoom
Themed classes to get kids moving and help them to settle, relax and calm down after a busy school day. Classes involve mindfulness, movement, breathing, relaxation, story telling and music to keep kids engaged in a meaningful way. Through yoga kids learn to focus on their feelings and develop self care and a deep understanding and acceptance of themselves. Yoga at an early age helps develop their social and emotional growth including how to be:
